The Student of Senior Secondary wing of St. Joseph’s Sr. Secondary School celebrated ‘National Technology Day’ to commemorate the day. The day marks the importance of scientists and engineers in helping India achieve technological advancement and keeping place with the scientifically advanced countries.
A debate was held on the “Technology – Building or destroying youth?”
Strong arguments and wonderful communication skill kept the audience spell – bound. All the students participated with full fervor. The 1st prize was bagged by Runjhun( X11 Comm) and Anita(X11 Arts), 2nd by Hitish( X1 Comm) and Sourav Bisht(X11 Non-Med) and 3rd by Shivani(X1 Arts).
Anita(X11 Arts) and Sourav Bisht (X11 Non- Med)were declared as Best Debaters . Runjhun (X11 Comm) and Surbhi (X1 Arts ) were declared as Best Orators.
It was a nice endeavor by the students for having expressed their views on the role of technology being indispensable in our day to day life.
