A chaya school of Arts organized on Inter School dance competition at Punjab Kala Bhawan, Sector 16, Chandigarh.Ten teams from various schools of Chandigarh participated in the competition.There were two rounds based on the theses.The participants presented various dance forms giving a tough competitions to each other after clearing all the rounds St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh  was declared victorious and bagged the trophy for the first position.

 The team was presented with a ‘Philips Music System along with the certificates and trophies to all the participants.The choreographer Mr. Tarun was also honoured with a memento and a certificate.

 The director Mr. Rupinder Singh and Principal Mr. Monica Chawla was overwhelmed by the team’s electrifying performance and congratulated the winners for bringing laurels to the school. She also appreciated the hard work of the team and their choreographer.
