Flowers are a part of the most important occasions in our lives. They can console in sorrow, congratulate in achievement and celebrate friendship. To kindle the interest of the students towards the natural world, an Inter Class Flower Arrangement Competition was organized by the Middle Block of St. Joseph Sr. Sec. School on 5thSeptamber,2017. The competition aimed at encouraging creativity and aesthetic sense in the participants and showcasing their innate abilities. The students participated enthusiastically and used different combinations of flowers to present their artistic skills. The students had put in their heart and soul in making creative designs, with innovative tag lines supporting each decoration. It was a beautiful display of creativity, symmetry and blend of colours.
The first positions were bagged by Class VI-E, VII-D and VIII-E from VI, VII and VIII respectively. The Principal, Ms. Monica Chawla said that it is important to harness skills and overall development by organizing skills and overall development by organizing various events in the school. She added that we lay importance on the overall development of the children.
