Making a collage by hand can be a lot of fun and is an excellent way to get your point across quickly. An Inter House Collage Making Competition was held in the Middle Block at St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44 D, Chandigarh. The theme given to the students was ‘Beat Plastic Pollution’. It was heartening to see them enthusiastically participating and coming up with innovative ideas. The judgement was based upon creativity, neatness, team work and discipline. Brilliantly coloured and eye catching collage were the order of the day and it was difficult to choose the best. The purpose of conducting the activity was to allow the children to unleash their creative potential and share their ideas with the class. The whole idea was to create, design, modify and enjoy thereby producing simply stunning results. It also allowed children to put forth their proposals freely and gave a sense of what they thought was important to make their Earth the best.
