Puppeteering is an art and an effective method to communicate with children. A story telling session through puppets, was organized in Kindergarten block of    St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44 D, Chandigarh wherein the teachers created a jungle scene and used hand puppets to narrate the story.  Tiny tots enjoyed watching their movements, listening to their dialogues and interacting with the puppets.  Children also tried to enact the story in their innocent way wearing the puppets in their hands.  This puppet show not only taught the students moral lesson but enhanced their communication and listening skills also that are vital for the language development in the kids
