“Each one Teach one, Plant one” is the theme of Van Mohotsav in St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec School students of Primary- 1 Block conducted Assembly where they come up with ideas of conserving nature by planting trees. Tiny tots recited poems like “Save Trees” , “Pedh Bachao” . Teachers explained the importance of trees in our lives. Vanya gave speech how to save trees from cuttingsand the uses of different types of trees like eucalyptus, neem , peepal etc. Students of class- 2 planted saplings in garden area of school premises and took pledge not to cut trees and plant saplings every year on their birthdays. It was a fun filled activity with an  ever lasting impression on young minds.
