Advancing with our campaign, on ‘Save Water’ and ‘Conservation of Water’ the young essayists participated in an essay writing competition organised in St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Chandigarh. The students of Class VII were galvanized and prompted by their teachers to pen down their acquitted perception/approach on this imperative proposition, of how to save this utterly precious resource. The students addressed their concerns pertaining to the limited supply of water and the causes of the dearth and misuse of this inestimable natural resource. The writers were advised and instructed well by their ‘Gurus’ to be able to express themselves well in ‘Black and White’which they did to the best of their potential. The competition concluded with the judging of the essays. The results had the names of the winners, the first prize was awarded to The Principal Monica Chawla felicitated and complimented all the winners and participants.
