To commemorate the United Nations Day on 24th October, 2019, the Primary II Block of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector- 44 D Chandigarh conducted a Presentation on United Nations for the students of Class V.

          Brimming with great zeal the participants expressed their creative presentation skills through pictocharts, posters, word clouds and charts. While doing the activity, the students got a chance to extend and enrich their understanding about the UNITED NATIONS – its aims and objectives, organs, functions and various specialized agencies.

       The school principal Ms. Monica Chawla appreciated the students for their efforts and exhorted that “such activities not only hone the skills of the students in arranging the information in various ways but also give chance to these tech buddies to explore the fascinating facts about various International Organizations  which are working to maintain international peace and harmony in the world.”
