Keeping this thought in the mind, Primary 1 Block of ST. JOSEPH’S SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH conducted Parents Webinar on “HEALTHY HABITS AND INCULCATING MORAL VALUES IN THE CHILDREN”.

The webinar aimed to educate the parents about the importance of Good Habits which develop moral values and ultimately make the character of the person. Developing good habits in children is a continuous and ongoing process and will require time. But in the end, it will turn them into productive and successful adults.

In order to foster well-rounded personality development in children, moral values like trust, integrity, love, support, brotherhood, teamwork, honesty, charity etc. should be taught as these give shape and direction to children to act or react during arduous situations.

It was a very lively session. It proved to be a sincere effort made by the school in raising the awareness towards the improvement in the quality of life. Parents and children had wonderful time together and they also got to learn new skills.

On the whole it was an informative session for the teachers and the parents. Queries of the parents were answered at the end of the session.

The session culminated with Co-ordinator Ms. Shelza Arora thanking all the parents for their valuable time and insights.
