“Achievements of today are the stepping stones for the future.”
To honour the achievers in various fields, an award ceremony was conducted within the school premises. The members of the School Management, the Principal, Coordinators and teachers graced the occasion. The award ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp followed by a warm welcome by the students of class IX. Deserving students were awarded trophies in academics and for a multitude of co-curricular activities. Coveted awards such as Science Aficionado, Praiseworthy and Academic Excellence were given to the most deserving Josephians. The All–Rounder Award and uniquely creative award were bagged by Balkaran Singh. The Academic Super Stellar Award was given to Arnav Goyal and Abhyudya Jaswal was given the award for being the most distinguished sportsperson. Aditya Kashyap received the award for the Best NCC Cadet. Multiple entertaining games were also organized for the students of Class X. Educators wished the students the very best for their future and urged them to become good human beings who could transform weaknesses into strengths, obstacles into opportunities and failures into triumphs. The students of Class X shared special moments and cherished memories of their school, peers and teachers. Josephites captured priceless moments as they took selfies on the stands made for the occasion.
The members of the management appreciated their achievements and wished them good luck. The School Principal Ms. Monica Chawla congratulated the achievers and commended the seniors for smoothly taking on responsibilities and setting an example for their juniors. She urged them to look upon this event as a celebration of their years at the institution and gave them valuable advice on how to juggle the expectation of their family and society with their aspirations. She concluded by wishing them happiness and success in all future endeavours and inspired them to leave an indelible mark on society and make the school proud.
The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers, to reminisce joyous moments.
