Marching ahead with a victorious stride, students of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh have once again reaffirmed the fact that with courage and hard work all dreams can be turned into reality.
‘Creating Waves’ in the “Junior & Sub-Junior Double Player Ball Badminton Championship” (Boys & Girls) organised by Chandigarh Ball Badminton Association on 29th April to 30th April, 2017 at I.S. Dev Samaj School Sector 21, Chandigarh, Josephian champs performed brilliantly and brought marvellous achievements for the school. Exhibiting spectacular feat Sub-Junior Girls and Boys outshone others. Sejal(X) and Tishita(X) clinched the First Position whereas Prachi (VI), Disha, Savjot(X) and Pranav(VI) bagged the second positions. Third and fourth positions were won by Pallavi(X) and Arushi of (VIII) respectively. Participants Garima(VIII), Dhruv(IX), Karan(XI), Karan(XI-Arts), Vani(IX), Suraiya(XI) and Sargun (VIII) were also awarded with trophies to boost their morale and to motivate them for their future endeavours. Basking in the glory of success, students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their school and coaches for consistent support.
Revered Principal of the school Ms. Monica Chawla and Hon’ble Director Principal of the school, Mr. Rupinder Singh felicitated the winners on their stupendous achievement and motivated them to continue the zealous participation and fair game.
