An Inter house Science and Social Science quizzes were organized by Primary-2 Wing of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh for classes 4 & 5. The event witnessed enthusiastic preparation and participation. The teams comprised of 6 to 7 participants for each of the four houses. The format of the quizzes entailed various rounds like multiple choice show and tell, Rapid Fire and Visual Round etc.

Every round was a nail biting competition that made elimination and short listing difficult. The questions put forth to the team were intriguing and exciting. The aim of these quizzes was to break the monotony of the daily routine and revise these subjects thoroughly in fun filled manner and ensuring that the students learn through all possible ways-not just through books and classroom teaching. The competition also ensured that the teams were prepared thoroughly to give a tough fight to their opponents.

Everyone waited with bated breath for the scores to be announced. Finally Ranjit House from Class-4 and Ashoka House from Class 5 were emerged winners.
