Creativity is the language of the soul. If one works well, the achievements come up well themselves. A special prize distribution ceremony was conducted at St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School Sector 44-D, Chandigarh. to honour the students who have participated in the National Level Competitions held by Rangotsav Celebration, Maharashtra. There were Colouring, Collage and Handwriting Competitions conducted under various themes. The students from class KG to X participated with great fervour. 49 students were felicitated and the prizes included digital watches, school bags, dictionaries, colour sets, medals and trophies. The winners of Gold medal also received the Golden Award. The Principal Ms. Monica Chawla and the Art Teacher Ms. Jaspreet Kaur were awarded the ‘Kala Tapasvi’ Award for being an able guide and mentor. St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School was distinguished with ‘The Outstanding School Award.’ Ms. Monica Chawla praised the efforts put in by the students and encouraged the others to follow their examples to come out and really shine in whatever field their talents lie.
