CIAB-OPEN Day-2018. National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute(NABI), Mohali and Center of Innovative and Applied Bio processing (CIAB) Mohali unlocked the innovate for entrepreneurs’ gateway for the students. St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School Sec-44D, students participated and bagged first and second positions in this esteemed competition.Keeping upright the legacy of the St. Joseph’s school Josephian Shreya Chawla clinched first position in Poster Making and was awarded cash prize of Rs10000/- .The poster conveyed the message “the best way to protect the future is to design it”
Josephians Malika Bhasin, SimranGulia , Kirti Vaibhav and Yash Kumar of (Science stream) presented model on the theme “ Agriculture Waste to Wealth”. They bagged second position and were awarded Rs8000/- .
The Theme of the poster and model highlighted the leading necessity of today’s time i.e. managing the waste effectively. It highlighted how the cost efficient, eco-friendly, hassle free methodology would prove to be a growth inducer in enhancing the quality of soil.Principal Ms. Monica Chawla congratulated
