The starting point of achievement is desire. If one has the desire to succeed, one surely will. Keeping this in mind, Lakshay Gupta of class VIII-B brought laurels to St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School by winning the All India Aita National Ranking Tennis Tournament organized by Chamunda Tennis Academy, Karnal, Haryana on 19^th November, 2018.He also bagged the Runners up position in Singles as well as Doubles at Aita/Sunrise Junior Tennis Circuit Talent Series organized by the Sunrise Tennis Academy  held from 26^th November, 2018 to 30^th November,2018. He was awarded the Second Position in the UT Open Tennis Tournament (Singles and Doubles) organized by the Sports Department, Chandigarh. ‘Any transition is easier if you believe in yourself and your talent’. St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School provides a platform to the students where they get an early exposure to learning and competitions. Participation in such competitions  helps a student to analyze his performance at the school, city, state, national and international levelMr. Sukhdeep Singh and the Principal Ms. Monica Chawla applauded his praiseworthy achievement and wished him greater success ahead.
