The new academic session of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School was initiated by conducting the ‘SAMARPAN CEREMONY’. This innovative idea being the Brainchild of Ms. Monica Chawla, Principal was a leap from the typical practice of class teacher handover to encompassment of progressive vision of the student. In this ceremony the new and the old class teachers sat together and had a good discussion about all the students.Each child is different and to mark up the graph of growth it is essential to be aware of their uniqueness. As clear reasoning gives clear understanding, which further results in firm resolutions, the importance of teacher’s observation and analysis about the child also catalyzes positive transformation and enhancement in the student.
The Class Educators who are the fountainhead for inspirations and dreams of the learners, commenced this year’s journey by adorning the role of an apprentice. It was done with the aim to be absolutely cognizant of the learners’ strengths and weaknesses.It is believed that “Involvement is the key to life’s, existence, joy and struggle”; embarking upon this step the new class educators were witnessed benevolently understanding every child’s approach and other vital information from the previous class in-charges.An emotional hullabaloo was witnessed as the last years’ teachers handed over the individual credentials of their tender saplings to next guru for noble nurturing.Director, Mr. Rupinder Singh opined a creative, open minded and engaging patron in the classroom can only be an effective visionary for the students. The Member of the Management further said that in this techno-savvy world most of the emotional pangs of the students stand unaddressed, this proactive approach of the educators can prove to be a liberator for the students.
