Teaching first aid to children provides them with the essential skills that can be lifesaving. The simple accidents like tripping or slipping and falling or twisting an ankle might seem a trivial part of the school life but are capable of causing serious injuries. Therefore, students of class – II at St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec School Sec School were made aware about how to safeguard their own health and keep others in emergency. They learnt how to administer first aid immediately without depending on others when they are hurt and the materials used in First Aid Box like cotton , Dettol, crape bandage , band aid , crocin, betadine etc. All the students were  excited to learn about the essentials of first aid kit and showed their enthusiasm during the activity.
