Cricket is regarded as religion in India and requires diligence and determination like all other sports. St.Joseph’s Sr.Sec. School, Sector 44 has some golden feathers in its hat in this field already. Keeping the tradition alive, School’s U-14 Cricket team participated in UT inter School Cricket tournament held in 2019. The team won the second position in the competition. The young talent is brushing itself under the guidance of their coach Mr.Kamal Mehra and is showing their promising performance.The School Management and the Principal, Ms Monica Chawla appreciated the achievements of the students and encouraged them to perform even better in future. The School is continuing to provide an opportunity to learn and showcase the sports’ talent along with academics to all the deserving and willing students. Students not only learn the skills of the game but also learn sportsmen spirit and other life skills by participating in these sports.
