 Grandparents, like heroes, are as necessary for child’s growth as vitamins.

An online Grandparents day was celebrated by the Kindergarten block of St. Joseph’s Sr Sec School, Sector 44 D, Chandigarh. It was a well-planned celebration. All the grandparents were sent a beautifully designed invitation card to attend this virtual event. Little ones adorned them with beautiful badges and presented handmade greeting cards. They sang lovely songs for them and performed majestic dance items to show their love and make them happy.. Grandparents also shared their childhood memories, unforgettable life experiences, sang bahjans & songs. They expressed their love and feelings for their grandchildren.

All the grandparents had a fun filled time and spent the day with their grandchildren with full joy and enthusiasm. They thanked the teachers and the school for organizing such event that helped in acknowledging and recognizing their roles in the lives of their offsprings. It was really a memorable day for them.
