On the grand occasion of celebrating 40 illustrious years, on this Founder’s Day, apart from the usual rejoicing and jollification, the students of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh got the marvellous opportunity to memorialize the Day by creating a one minute video that encompassed their knowledge about their institution as well as the values and the profound impact it has had upon their lives.

Pulling out all stops, students right from Kindergarten to Senior Secondary Block participated in the Competition with great gusto and enthusiasm and were felicitated by the Principal along with the Coordinators of every Block for their stupendous efforts. The Josephites’ joy knew no bounds as they received the specifically curated Star Josephite Badge in the Badge Ceremony held in the school.

The winners from the Kindergarten were Amanat of Pre KG –A, Seerat of PreKG-D, Anaaya of Nursery –C and Amaya of KG-A. From the Primary I Block, Shivansh (I-C) and Aseem (I -D) as well as Anaadveer of Class II- D were the chosen ones while the lucky victors from Primary II were Amanda (III-B) Mannat (IV-E) and Manvee(V-D) The honourees from the Middle Block were Raavee (VI- D) Saanvi Vats (VII F) and Aashna Gupta of  Class VIII- D. The Badges were also conferred upon Abhinav (IX- F) and Mahi(X) of the Secondary Block as well as Eeshan and Vasu (Class XI) for their outstanding and evocative videography.

All the students were congratulated by the Members of the Management- Director Shri Rupinder Grewal, Founder Lady Mrs. Harjinder Grewal, Mr. Sukhdeep Grewal and Mr. Paramdeep Grewal. Principal Ms. Monica Chawla was deeply appreciative of the ebullient endeavours of the Josephites in creating a visual treat by taking the viewers on a trip down the memory lane as they recounted the 40 years journey of their beloved institution.
