NATIONAL POLLUTION PREVENTION DAY
“Nature provides a free lunch, but only if we control our appetites”
To spread awareness about the effects and the problems of the pollution in the world, the Primary-II and Middle block of St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School, Sector-44D celebrated the National Pollution Prevention day Chandigarh by organizing a Poster making and Slogan Writing competition.
Students actively took part in the event, made beautiful posters and wrote thoughtful slogans expressing their views about the environment. They creatively collated their work of art which reflected their ideas clearly.
Teachers discussed the importance of pollution control and suggested ideas to prevent the pollution. The purpose of organizing the event was fulfilled as the students realized the importance of nurturing the mother Earth and promised to spread awareness about it.
