 St. Joseph’s bids adieu to the XII Class

St. Joseph’s family bids farewell to the Class XII students. The farewell was celebrated with a lot of fervour in the school premises. It was a juncture for the outgoing students to look back at the time that they spent in the school as well as the formal education that they acquired during the period.
The aplomb students were attired to their best .The jamboree kick started with honouring of the students, followed by Mr and Ms. Josephite rounds with segments of elegant ramp walk and question round. The students were seen having never-ending fun and frolic in the games that followed the rounds. Class XII students poured out their hearts during the final gesture envoi. The students portrayed their emotions by inviting their mentors on the stage and honouring, appreciating and complimenting their teachers.  Students were grateful to them for imparting them learnings that helped them widen their horizons and also being with them in their thick and thin.
There was a spate of dance and music.  Sumptuous lunch was served. Students were bestowed titles under various categories, Muskan Chanana and Manraj Singh were adjudged as Ms. and Mr. Josephite 2017. All-Rounder Trophy was bagged by Ms. Anita Choudhary. Head Boy Saurav Bisht and Head Girl Riya Virdi were also honoured for their priceless efforts throughout the session. Various awards were given to the students who excelled in being creative, punctual, disciplined and sport star. Apart from being felicitated for accolade able categories, students were gifted mementoes as a token of remembrance by the school.
Class XI students enthralled the audience with the pick of the day event, bhangra. They took over the entire responsibility for assuring the smooth follow of the event. The teachers blessed and encouraged the students to be achievers in their life.
The Chairperson, Mr. Rupinder Singh blessed the students and said that they should cultivate the virtue of patience and should not be afraid of hard work as both hard work and patience are an asset. The Principal, Ms. Monica Chawla inspired the students to never forget their moral values and be modest as well as decent in their appearance, speech and action as these qualities will help them to stand apart in this materialistic world. She motivated the students to walk with the motive of service to God & country and aim to be a person of value before being a person of success.
The event was an amalgamation of different emotions both happy and sad, high and low but students left the campus with some great lessons to accomplish their dream and teachers with blessings and prayers for a bright career for each Josephite.
