Indian civilization is one of the oldest in the world. India is a mosaic of multicultural experiences, with diverse and myriad attractions. The motive of the Bhartiya Vikas Parishad together with esteemed institutions is to commemorate India’s vast history, rich cultural heritage and varied traditions.. The endeavor is to enlighten the students of our grand and enviable past. The Bhartiya Vikas Parishad, the organizers of the event, put up a quiz called ‘Bharat Ko Jano’ . There were two categories according to the age groups. St.Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School won 3rd Prize in both Junior as well as senior categories. Students in the junior team were Pratyush and Mahi from class VIII while the senior team had Manvi Bansal from class X and Chhavi from class XII. Josephians have two achievements to celebrate as besides winning a school trophy in the event, the students also won an individual trophy for their sincere efforts and intellect.
