To beat the heat Splash Pool Activity was conducted in the Kindergarten Block of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44 D, Chandigarh.  In fact water play is an inevitable part of pre-school curriculum as it helps in gross motor development, eye hand co-ordination and also helps in vocabulary development. Little angels attired in colourful swimming costumes and goggles, enjoyed their first pool activity.  Bubbling with excitement and enthusiasm, the children had a great fun while jumping in the water, splashing water at their friends and playing with floating toys. Some of them even tried to swim in their own sweet way.  After enjoying in the pool, they took sun bath – sitting and relaxing in the garden.  It was a fun frolic activity and the little ones enjoyed it to the fullest.
